Shaded is a soft gradient marking that travels through the centaurs whole body.
The gradient can move from any direction: up to down, left to right, and vice versa.

Marking edge

Shaded is always solid, and cannot have holes or complex edges

Marking rules

  • Shaded is completely soft and blended, and should not have any clear edges.
  • Shaded can be darker or lighter than the base color. Markings color must be similar with basecolors saturation value. The color can be picked from the basecolor slider or natural color slider.
  • Shaded cannot create shapes or change direction of the gradient
  • Shaded cannot create multiple different points, or create gradients from different directions. There can only be one large gradient.
  • Shaded must cover at least 25%, up to max 75% of the centaur
  • Original basecolor MUST be visible on the centaurs design if gradient color is picked from natural slider.
  • Shaded has no layering rules and can sit over or under anything.

Shaded is always a solid color that sits either on top or under other markings. It doesn't affect other markings, but is it's own individual gradient. Layer effects just as Multiply or Screen aren't allowed, and Shaded cannot be completely seethrough. See example pictures below!
